Synthetic Playing Surfaces Never
Looked So Good

The ABI Force just expanded it’s territory. With four new quick-swap attachments engineered for synthetic turf, the same zero-turn machine that grooms your natural surfaces now maintains you artificial turf, no second machine required.

The ABI Force is a zero-turn surface management machine built around one idea: one operator, one machine, every surface on the property. Its quick-swap attachment system lets you change tools in minutes, so the machine that drags your infield in the morning can groom your synthetic field in the afternoon. Zero-turn maneuverability means you work tight corners, sidelines, and edges with precision instead of making extra passes.

Now the Force takes on synthetic turf. The new attachment lineup includes a mid-mount X-Broom, a rear-mount broom, a mid-mount tine system, and a magnet, each designed to stand infill upright, redistribute material evenly, and pull dangerous metal debris before it finds a cleat. Whether you manage natural surfaces, synthetic fields, or both.

ABI Force Features

Force RVF

Responsive Variable Force Technology (RVF)

Located at the mid underbelly of the ABI Force, the patented RVF Technology hydraulically controls mid-mounted ground-engaging attachments with lift, variable down pressure, and pitch adjustments.

Zero-Turn Functionality

The zero-turn capability of the Z-23 means that you can get in tight spots, around edges, and closer to tree lines than with a skid steer or other heavier duty equipment. For infield grooming and seedbed prep, you want that light footprint and maximized nimbleness.

Speed Lock + Depth Lock

The Depth-lock feature prevents mid-mount attachments from going any deeper into the infield surface than intended. This feature makes it easy to ensure consistent preparation from field to field and operator to operator. The Speed-lock feature prevents less experienced users from operating the ABI Force faster than a facility manager establishes. This feature provides improved safety and ease of use for all operators.

Total Control

The patented spring system allows for up to 1,000 lbs of down pressure, but builds in forgiveness, so the Z-23 can power through some of the toughest jobs. With unparalleled pitch-control and hydraulic rear lift control, the ground engagement components mimic the movement of the machine so you can get finishing, feathering, and sifting results.
Force EFI Engine

Electronic Fuel Injected (EFI) Engine

Each Z-23 comes equipped with a 25HP electronic fuel injection engine standard. An EFI system utilizes advanced computer controls teamed with a high-pressure fuel delivery system to provide peak power and fuel efficiency. The Force now starts like a car with no carburetor issues, has increased fuel efficiency, and starts easily in the cold!
Force Beltless Hydrostatic Drive System

Beltless Hydrostatic Drive System

Typically, machinery of this size runs off a Hydraulic Drive System geared to a belt and pulley drive shaft. The lifetime of a belt can be unpredictable as belts frequently break. Each Z-23 is plumbed standard with Dual Stacked HydroGear Variable Displacement Pumps and Fixed Displacement Wheel Motors, avoiding the need for belts entirely.
Force Air Filter

Heavy-Duty 2-Stage Air Filter

Every ABI Force Z-23 comes standard with a Heavy Duty 2-Stage Cyclonic Canister Air Filtration System. A 2-stage filtration system makes sure that your engine pulls clean air, acting as your engine’s shield in dusty conditions. Keep the filter clean to see improved engine performance, fuel efficiency, and extended engine life
