Utility Loader Reservation Agreement

Effective: October 20, 2025

Please read these terms carefully. This agreement includes an Arbitration Clause and Class Action Waiver (see Section 10) that affect your rights.

1. About Your Reservation

You’re reserving the future opportunity to purchase an ABI Utility Loader when production begins — expected in late 2026.

Placing a reservation and paying the refundable fee does not mean you’ve purchased the Utility Loader yet, and ABI Attachments is not obligated to sell one until a purchase agreement is signed.

Your reservation becomes active once you:

  • Accept these Terms, and
  • Pay the $99 refundable fee.

2. Who Can Reserve

You must:

  • Be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your state), and
  • Live in the United States.

If you’re reserving on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.
Reservations are currently open only to U.S. residents.

3. Reservation Fee

The $99 Reservation Fee is:

  • Fully refundable,
  • Not a deposit or prepayment, and
  • Does not earn interest.

By placing your reservation, you allow ABI Attachments to charge your selected payment method for the Reservation Fee.

4. Pricing & Product Details

The Utility Loader is in pre-production. Final pricing, specifications, and available features may change before launch.

Any prices shown now are estimates only and do not include:

  • Shipping or destination fees
  • Taxes or government charges
  • Optional accessories or add-ons

You’ll receive the final purchase price later when the Utility Loader is ready to order.

5. Ordering & Delivery

When production begins, ABI Attachments will contact you to confirm your order.

Your delivery priority will depend on:

  • Your reservation date
  • When you complete your order
  • Manufacturing schedules
  • Delivery location and logistics

Delivery estimates are non-binding and may change.
If you move forward with your purchase, your Reservation Fee will be applied to the final price.

6. Cancellations & No-Resale Policy

You can cancel anytime before placing your order for a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

ABI Attachments sells directly to end-users. Reservations made with intent to resell may be canceled at our discretion.

7. Privacy & Website Terms

Your information is protected under our

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ABI Attachments is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages — including loss of income or opportunity — arising from your Reservation.

Your only remedy under this Agreement is a refund of your Reservation Fee.

9. No Transfers or Assignments

Your reservation and related rights can’t be transferred or assigned to another person or company without ABI Attachments’ written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If there’s a disagreement related to your Reservation:

  1. Start by contacting us at [email protected] and describe the issue.
  2. If we can’t resolve it within 60 days, both parties agree to binding arbitration handled by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their Consumer Arbitration Rules (www.adr.org/consumer).

You can choose to have arbitration by phone, video, written submission, or in-person in your home county.

Important:

  • Arbitration replaces going to court.
  • You and ABI Attachments may only bring claims individually — not as part of a class, collective, or group action.

You can opt out of arbitration within 60 days of your reservation by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Request to Opt Out of Arbitration.”

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
